Morning Exercise Class: LET’S GET RIPPED!!!!

   Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings from 5:30 - 6:15am

** Class is on hold till further notice**

  • This class will help increase muscle definition and tone by focusing on individual muscle groups. It will help increase the ability to lose weight, improve strength and prevent future injuries to occur.

  • It will educate you on proper techniques and keeping correct form of multiple exercises. This will help increase your confident in performing these exercises independently at home or in a gym environment without harming your body.

  • This class is a 45 minute FULL body workout using resistance training 

  • Maximum class size: 10 peeps
