These courses involve monthly sessions filled with complete body workouts. The exercises involve a variety of movement activities that focus on improving strength, flexibility, and endurance levels. Sessions involve group core and cardio drills followed by a meditation and relaxation stretching program.
In addition to the standard Group Classes Summer Classes are held every year. These courses are held outside when weather permits and are indoors otherwise. Sessions involve participating in circuit drills and are followed by an agility challenge. Classes will have a cool down stretching program as well.
All classes will be one hour long. Classes are open to all ages and physical levels.
The goal of these classes is to have my clients perform exercises that will prevent future injuries, improve their body mechanics for everyday living, increase their ability to lose weight and tone up.
